To order SCRIP you can download the order sheet and send it along with a check made out to Stevenson Band Boosters to the Blue Box in the band room by the due dates listed on the order form.
40% of the profit will go into your student assistance fund and 60% will go to the general fund. If there is something that you are interested in but don't see it listed on the order form you can go directly the the SCRIP website link listed and see if they offer it. If they do just list it on the bottom of the order form and we will order it for you. For a complete listing of participating vendors and current discount rates go to http://www.glscrip.com and then click on the order scrip tab.

Meijer Rewards

To apply to Meijers Rewards

SHS Band Boosters Code: 642668

To receive the Meijer's Rewards, click on the link above and follow the instructions to create an account. When it asks for the Organization Code, type in the SHS Band Boosters org code: 642668. Click submit when complete and the Meijer Reward card will arrive in the mail (at your house) in a couple of weeks. If you want to accumulate more reward dollards, you can choose to associate their current Meijer Charge card with this or fill out an application for a new Meijer Charge Card. If this is option is selected the Rewards dollars will automatically apply without scanning the Rewards Card in addition to the charge card.

Otherwise, it's important to know that your Meijer credit card or Reward card will need to be scanned BEFORE the sale is complete and must be used with cash or debit/pin card only.  Checks are no longer excepted, sorry for the inconvenience.

You can then view their own activity periodically to see what should be going into their student account.  If relatives or friends decide to help out, it's VERY important to notify Sue Ann Kaiser of their name so she can get the money to the proper student. 
Anyone that doesn't choose to do this will have their money go to the General Fund to help the band out.
 
80% of the Reward dollars goes to the individual student account and 20% goes to the General Fund.

Save the bottom portion of your receipt that says “Community Share Points” and turn it into the blue box in the band room. 

We are trying to get envelopes in the Jr. High Band rooms for their receipts.

HELP US RECYCLE AND EARN,
Save empty printer cartridges and used cell phones... recycle!

The Stevenson High School Instrumental Music Program participates in a fundraising-through-recycling program that helps us earn rewards by collecting empty printer cartridges and used cell phones.

We help keep the earth clean while we earn new equipment,
supplies, and funds. 

Please donate your empty printer cartridges, inkjet and laser, and cell phones. There is a collection box in the Band Room. Have your child  bring them in and drop them in the box...  Even your family or friends can participate.

 PartyLite, a world-wide leader in candles and candle accessories, has a fundraiser designed for you.  Stevenson Band will earn 50% profit from sales.  You will earn 40% of the profit and 60% will be applied to the general band fund.

Examples:   Sell $400.00 in product       Sell $200.00 in product

                       $200.00 to organization        $100.00 to organization 

Profit split as follows:

                    $120.00 (60%) to general band fund        $ 60.00 (60%) to general band fund

                    $  80.00 (40%) to student account            $ 40.00 (40%) to student account
 

Selling these candles is very easy.  Candles make wonderful gifts for friends, family, school teachers, etc. during the Holiday Season.  The convenient part of the fundraiser is that there is no pick up at the school.  Your order will be shipped directly from PartyLite to your home.  You can easily distribute your orders. 
 

Packets and easy to follow directions are located in the band room.
